Key Responsibilities:

  • AML Client Onboarding: Work with clients who speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Secretarial Support: Assist Senior Lawyers on their path to partnership, including diary management, client liaison, and scheduling meetings.
  • Legal Experience: Learn and assist with commercial and property law, including residential and commercial conveyancing, billing, and invoicing.
About You:A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and isn't afraid to ask for help when needed. Previous AML experience and legal secretary experience, ideally with exposure to property law and conveyancing, are beneficial. Multilingual candidates (Mandarin, Cantonese, and English) are highly preferred; however, proficiency in two of the three languages will also be considered.
