Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Regulations & Standards Engineer to join our team at Enphase Energy. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring our solar products meet the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with industry stakeholders to stay informed about regulations and standards
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, capabilities, and specifications
* Participate in working groups to develop new standards and communicate updates to business teams
* Review regulations and standards to create documentation that facilitates product compliance
* Demonstrate strong technical writing skills through proficient documentation and information management

Requirements:
* Degree, Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Science, or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in Compliance/Homologation testing of photovoltaic systems or power supplies
* Comprehensive working knowledge of standards relevant to business products, including Grid Connection, safety, EMC, radio, measurement, efficiency, RoHS, etc.
* Working knowledge of the National Electric Code and ability to work with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
