  • Proven track record of driving change to improve student outcomes
  • Expertise in curriculum leadership, with significant experience in the New Zealand Curriculum and innovative approaches to learning and assessment
  • Strong pastoral care and student wellbeing expertise
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, whānau, and external agencies

You will be a proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives in an alternative education setting. Ideally, you will have:



  • A teaching component to your role, with the ability to teach a range of subjects
  • Leadership experience in an educational setting, particularly with diverse learners
  • Curriculum leadership expertise, with significant experience in the New Zealand Curriculum and innovative approaches to learning and assessment
  • Strong pastoral care and student wellbeing expertise
  • The ability to drive change to improve student outcomes
  • A collaborative approach, working with students, whānau, and external agencies
