About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves managing the day-to-day operations of our Ashburton branch, overseeing sales targets, budgets, and new initiatives.

You will be responsible for ensuring the store is highly competitive and attractive in the market, developing staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge, and building strong relationships with customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store to increase sales and improve EBIT.
  • Ensure the store is highly competitive and attractive in the market.
  • Develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continued market leadership.
  • Contribute to the profitability, growth and return on investment of the company by developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the branch safety standards adhere to OHSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a management position, with accountability for profit and loss statements.
  • 5+ years experience within the automotive industry.
  • A passionate, sociable and engaging personality who can drive our staff to succeed.
  • Proven experience developing relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen in both sales and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
