We are now looking for a Personal/Executive Assistant to support two of the Directors, who are award winning leaders. The role is based on the North Shore, and it is a full-time permanent position. We are looking for someone that want’s to be a part of successful team, someone that is positive and upbeat and just a really good, friendly person to be around.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Diary management
- Assisting in approvals, compliance, and AML
- Database management using CRM system
- PowerPoint presentations: you are required to produce high quality, sleek presentations on your own accord in accordance with the brand standards
- Producing reports for Board members and internal Management communications
- Minute taking and assisting in information sharing
- Co-ordinate, organise and attend various events as required including internal and external functions
- Plenty of opportunity to be involved in a huge variety of different projects
- HR responsibilities, onboarding and offboarding new staff
- General admin and secretarial duties
- Strong computer literacy and experience on most platforms specifically:

- Intermediate/Senior knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills - with particular attention to spelling and grammar
- Superb inter-personal skills and professional presentation
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity, risk, and shifting priorities
- Adds value to the company culture
- Proactively goes above and beyond in their duties
