Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director to join our Transaction Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client projects, providing strategic advice and building strong relationships with senior management and executives. You will also have the opportunity to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage client projects with direct client interaction
- Advise clients on complex strategic, commercial and investment choices
- Analyse problems, identify core issues and formulate solutions
- Build strong relationships with senior management and mid-level executives
- Identify and respond to new business opportunities
Requirements
- Prior work experience in transaction diligence or M&A transactions
- Chartered accountant or similar level finance/business related qualification
- Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
- Passion for developing commercial solutions
- Previous experience in staff management and leadership
