Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Workforce Mobilization Specialist. As a member of our Global Incubation Hub, you will play a key part in supporting our Workforce Mobilization Services (WMS) vertical.

About the Role
This role will focus on managing workforce capacity, allocating resources, and coordinating with approved suppliers to mobilize workforce resources effectively. You will also be responsible for driving workforce optimization initiatives to meet project and service delivery goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce strategies to address customer service and support needs.
  • Manage workforce capacity to ensure optimal team performance and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to mobilize workforce resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on workforce metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years' experience in workforce management, business operations, project management, or workforce strategy.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or Project Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective supplier and stakeholder management abilities.
