Responsibilities

As Clinical Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that address the complex needs of our clients.
  • Leading a team of senior clinicians and managers to ensure high-quality care and support services.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant qualification/registration and experience working as a senior clinician/manager in a health, mental health, and/or addictions setting.
  • Proven skills in managing and developing others.
  • Knowledge of addiction/mental health models of care, including the Therapeutic Community model.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between $91,790 and $104,644 depending on registration and experience. You will also enjoy:
