As a Business Relationship Specialist, you will be at the heart of this mission, acting as the key point of contact for your portfolio of retailers in the Bay of Plenty and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with retailers to add value and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure winning customer experiences in all stores by gathering customer insights and using them to improve the in-store experience.
  • Champion the company's Play Smart programme to minimise the risk of harm from problem and underage gambling.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of store openings, closures, and upgrades to ensure compliance with relevant standards and documentation.
  • Deliver training to retailers and their staff on Lotto NZ systems, processes, and products.
  • Evaluate health and safety procedures to ensure the safe installation and maintenance of Lotto NZ equipment in stores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritise workload and maximise time and financial resources.
  • Retail industry knowledge with 5+ years of experience.
  • Confident leadership skills to lead challenging conversations and manage store performance.
  • Analytical skills to use data to develop sales plans and identify key retail drivers.
  • A current clean NZ driver's licence is required.
