  • The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate superior product knowledge, showcase knife skills, and highlight the benefits of our Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal, and Local offerings.
  • This role requires a strong attention to detail, ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality and sanitation.
  • You will also be responsible for performing various tasks such as receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising, and guest service to achieve our operational standards.
Qualifications
  • To succeed in this role, you should possess a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally, as well as read and understand information and direction.
  • Familiarity with Pick & Prep operations and a willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with supervision, work well with computers and scales, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
