Job Requirements:

As a geologist with field mapping experience, you will join our technical services team, working under the guidance of the Mine Planner to develop solutions and support Mine planning and resource development.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Health and Safety protocols
  • Providing geological services
  • Collecting, validating, and analyzing data
  • Communicating effectively and preparing reports

To succeed in this role:

  • You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geology or a comparable qualification
  • You should have an interest in geological, structural, and rock mass interpretation, as well as experience in core logging
  • You should be eager to learn geological modelling software and databases
  • You should have experience working with drill rig operations and sampling
  • You should have a solid understanding of sedimentary and structural geology
  • You must possess a valid NZ driver's license
