About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests. You'll assist with luggage, provide local knowledge, and ensure their stay is seamless from arrival to departure.

You'll be a key part of our warm and supportive team, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.

This role involves working varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality experience is not essential – we'll provide training. A full driver's licence, barista skills, or LCQ/Duty Manager certification are great extras, but not necessary.

We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic team players who are passionate about creating great guest experiences. Whether you're assisting guests with their luggage or serving delicious food and drinks, you'll bring a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Some of the key requirements for this role include:
  • A warm and welcoming personality with great customer service skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying calm under pressure
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and moving items when needed
