Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Specialist to join our team. This is a key opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the management of 3 Waters asset data and play a leading role in resolving complex issues.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating wastewater hydraulic models, as well as supporting the growth agenda with respect to water infrastructure, planning, and network performance.

The Key Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as Engineering or Science)
  • At least 10 years experience in hydraulic modelling, ideally using InfoWorks ICM
  • A background in the design of drainage and water infrastructure solutions
  • Experience in assessing land development proposals and GIS
  • An awareness of Resource Management Act and Building Act processes
