About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Modelling Specialist to join our Modelling team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing hydraulic modelling for land development enquiries and network planning for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and operate wastewater hydraulic models
- Support the growth agenda with respect to water infrastructure, planning and network performance
- Initiate strategies and policies for urban development and Civil Engineering Practice
- Contribute to the development of operations and capital expenditure proposals
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as Engineering or Science)
- At least 10 years' experience in hydraulic modelling
- Experience in assessing land development proposals and GIS
- Awareness of Resource Management Act and Building Act processes
