Customer Relations Specialist
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Relations Specialist at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer-focused initiatives.
Ensuring all customer orders and delivery issues are promptly resolved.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and potential customers.
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand customer relationships.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP and/or SalesForce, would be an advantage.
