Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing relationships with mortgage customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage relationships with mortgage customers within your portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct outbound calls to discuss product offerings, promotions, and solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Meet with clients in the office to discuss their loans and explore potential refinancing or retention solutions.
  • Work closely with the Collections and Property Lending teams, providing valuable customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Process customer requests via the shared inbox, ensuring all documentation and correspondence are handled accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in phone-based customer engagement, including upselling and retention strategies.
  • Prior experience managing multiple client portfolios, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Background in property management, lending, or finance is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work within the 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM time range (7.5-hour shifts).
  • Resilient & solution-focused to troubleshoot and resolve challenges with confidence and efficiency.
  • Be able to work autonomously while managing time effectively.
  • Be able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced, fast-evolving environment.
  • Confident handling challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
