Crimson Global Academy is a rapidly growing EdTech startup that's changing the face of education. We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional - Accounts Payable & Payroll to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and payroll processes across multiple Crimson entities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable and payroll processes
  • Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements accurately and timely
  • Reconcile customer accounts and track accounts receivable aging
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (accounts payable/payroll)
  • Accounting/finance tertiary background
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Suite)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage complex administrative systems/processes
