In this role, you will provide administrative support to our regional coordination call centre team based in Hamilton, as well as reception cover at our BreastCare and mobile units when out in the Midland community.
The position involves working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our breast cancer screening program. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the regional coordination call centre team
- Maintaining accurate records and data management
- Ensuring efficient communication with patients and stakeholders
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Business administration or relevant computing courses desirable
- Work experience in an administrative role, either in a call centre or in a booking clerk role preferred
- An interest in promoting women's health and wellbeing
- Knowledge of Te Reo and a willingness to embrace Tikanga Māori
