The Oceanic Systems Team Leader Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of technical experts who work on the development, maintenance, and operation of Airways' Oceanic Control System (OCS). The OCS is a critical component of our air traffic management infrastructure, and we rely on skilled professionals like you to ensure its smooth operation.

As the Oceanic Systems Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the requirements and acceptance testing for the OCS operational systems. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements, assessing issues with the system, and deploying releases into the live operational environment. You will also provide operational people leadership tasks, leading your team of direct reports to success.
