We provide education and support primarily for Jewish students who have a variety of learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Our services include Tuffkid Nursery, Kisharon Noé School, and Langdon College, which offer early years, primary, secondary, and post-16 education.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Head of Langdon College. You will lead the delivery of our improvement plan, focusing on the quality of our curriculum offer while improving safeguarding practices. You will also build new and influential relationships with stakeholders, support the development of our estate, and continue to model an organisational culture that ensures our staff, learners, and their families feel supported and valued.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the College
- Lead a team of dedicated and passionate staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners
- Develop successful partnerships and collaborations
- Improve engagement with stakeholders
- Contribute to financial and budgetary controls of the organisation
Requirements
You will need to be an experienced FE sector leader with a track record of developing successful partnerships. You should have a strong understanding of SEND provision and be able to model an organisational culture that ensures our staff, learners, and their families feel supported and valued.
