The Professional Builder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager (GM). This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, driving efficiency, organization, and execution across both business and personal priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Own the CEO's & GM's schedule, prepare materials, and ensure they are always a step ahead.
- Communication Mastery: Be the gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external communications.
- Travel Coordination: Create seamless travel experiences by managing all logistics with precision.
- Presentation & Documentation: Craft compelling slides and organize meeting notes to drive clarity and action.
- Personal Support: Tackle personal errands, from scheduling home services to purchasing items.
- Efficiency Champion: Spot opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions.
- Recruitment Support: Help operations team to screen candidates and arrange interviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting senior executives in a similar role.
- Based in Auckland with the ability to work in the CBD 2 days a week and 3 days flexi.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate needs and build relationships.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
