Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate registered nurse to join our team as a Community Mental Health Nurse in the Rural South Sector. In this role, you will be working closely with patients who live in rural areas of Waikato, providing assessment and treatment for mental health conditions.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their whānau

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified Registered Nurse
  • Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
  • Experience working in community mental health settings an advantage
