Bachcare is a leading holiday home management company in New Zealand, with over 2,400 properties across the country. We're on a growth journey and rely heavily on our contractors to deliver exceptional service to our owners and guests.
Your Role:
You'll be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of holiday homes. This includes preparing properties for guest stays, providing or arranging cleaning services, and ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and owners. You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, developing strong relationships with property owners and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of holiday homes
- Prepare properties for guest stays
- Provide or arrange cleaning services
- Support guests during their stay where required
Requirements:
- Must be based/live in the area or its surroundings (15kms)
- Must have a full NZ driver license and own a car
- Must have a computer, internet access, and mobile phone
- Be flexible to provide services during weekends, school and public holidays
