Aurora Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adolescent Behavioral Health Specialist to join its team as a School Based Clinical Therapist. The ideal candidate will possess strong therapeutic skills and experience working with adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students seeking care from the School Based Health Center
  • Develop and implement interdisciplinary behavioral health treatment plans
  • Provide consultation and guidance to care team members on mental, behavioral or emotional disorders

Requirements:

  • Licensure: LCPC or LCSW issued by state of Illinois
  • Masters Degree
  • Five years clinical experience
