We are seeking a seasoned business development expert to join our team and drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across New Zealand.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, developing meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, and showcasing SuperTyre's unique technology solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to providing accurate and real-time benefits for commercial vehicle fleets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth, as well as deep knowledge of the technology landscape and a solid industry network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Secure new large-to-medium-sized business partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Proactive Business Development: Identify and target key accounts to create new business opportunities.
- Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs: Lead responses to complex RFPs and RFIs, crafting tailored and compelling proposals.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers across a range of organisations, understanding their fleet tyre service needs.
- Long-term Partnerships: Focus on securing long-term partnerships that generate predictable, recurring revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in the delivery of tailored solutions.
