Auckland Airport's Infrastructure Programme presents exciting opportunities for a skilled Airport Infrastructure Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the rigorous management of cost, change, schedule, and risk within assigned delivery programmes, ensuring timely and accurate performance information is provided.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cost and Estimating
    • Ensure project budgets accurately estimate costs, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions.
    • Regularly review project and programme cost performance, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Establish an Earned Value (EV) management system to track project progress.
  • Planning and Scheduling
    • Maintain current and detailed project schedules, meeting Auckland Airport requirements.
    • Regularly review project schedule performance, highlighting potential issues.
    • Align project schedules with the integrated portfolio capital works master schedule.
  • Performance and Monitoring
    • Analyse variances and provide insights for informed decision-making.
    • Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance.
  • Risk and Opportunity
    • Evaluate project risks and opportunities, ensuring they are fairly reflected in registers and assessments.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks, maximising opportunities.
    Essential Skills:
    • Construction Management, Engineering, or related field qualifications.
    • Extensive experience in project controls disciplines.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
