About the Project

We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to assist with the delivery of our infrastructure development programme.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate programme governance requirements, tasks, and deliverables
  • Support cost management through review and collation of financial transactions
  • Administer contracts, including preparation of variations and compensation events

You will work closely with all parts of the organisation and must be well-versed in interacting with senior management.

Requirements
  • Tertiary level qualification in arts, business, engineering, science, law, or planning
  • Experience using document management software is desired but not mandatory
  • Foster a culture of proactivity regarding safety considerations
