About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Asset Manager. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of asset management principles and practices, as well as experience in leading projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise asset performance and value
  • Lead and coordinate repair and maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors

Requirements

  • Proven track record in asset management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
