Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure the efficient management of maintenance and repair works for residential properties.
  • Deliver prompt and effective responses to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests.
  • Conduct regular reviews and reports on property compliance with key safety, health, and housing regulations.
  • Provide clear communication to tenants on maintenance schedules, property updates, and vital information.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience in property-related roles, especially within residential settings.
  • In-depth understanding of property maintenance procedures.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with property management software is an asset.
