Job Description
- Patient Navigators play a crucial role in facilitating patient access to physician and radiology services across various disciplines, ensuring seamless interactions between patients, customers, and physicians.
- Utilize strong multi-tasking skills, technical proficiency, service orientation, effective communication, and a professional demeanor to deliver an exceptional experience to patients, customers, and physicians.
