Healthcare Coordinator

About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Co-ordinator is an essential part of the Interventional Radiology team, responsible for managing interventional radiology procedures. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with key stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collation, triaging, organisation and booking of interventional radiology procedures
- Working closely with the Unit Charge, lead Interventional Radiologist and key Radiology administration staff
- Developing close relationships with clinicians/surgeons from Radiology and Vascular teams
- Reporting to the Operations Manager Radiology and having a professional linkage to the Nurse Director Hospital Operations
Requirements:
- Registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ)
- Minimum of 3 years post registration experience
- Ability to work effectively in a busy and dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
