About the Role

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices and supplier statements
  • Effective management of payment runs and cash flow
  • Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies
  • Providing support during month-end close activities and reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or finance administration
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
