About the Role
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices and supplier statements
- Effective management of payment runs and cash flow
- Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies
- Providing support during month-end close activities and reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or finance administration
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
