The role is based in Christchurch and involves working in administration, accounting, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your tasks will include invoicing, record keeping, meeting minutes, resource development and management, new job processing/data entry, reporting, social media platform management, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Key requirements:
- Familiarity with Adobe PDF and Microsoft systems (e.g., Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with Xero
- Strong communication skills, including email management and phone etiquette
- Problem-solving skills
- Great work ethic and attention to detail
You will need to be self-motivated as you will often work unsupervised. Time management skills are essential to meet deadlines.
This is a varied role where you will be responsible for multiple tasks.
