We're on the lookout for two experienced Agility Coaches to join our transformation journey.
As part of our Adaptive Ways of Working team, you'll play a key role in embedding agility across our organisation—partnering with teams, coaching leaders, and helping shape the future of work at Rangiata, Sky
You'll be just as comfortable in executive planning sessions as you are rolling up your sleeves with squads—guiding stand-ups, coaching product owners, or facilitating retros.

Key responsibilities will include: Lead the adoption of Adaptive Ways of Working through coaching, training and hands-on support across all levels.Analyse and uplift product and technology delivery processes from concept to customer.Support the delivery of planning events such as Big Room Planning and Annual Planning.Champion portfolio visualisation to enable transparency and flow of work across the organisation.Actively contribute to our Agile community by sharing insights and fostering continuous learning.You're an experienced Agility Coach who brings a blend of strategic thinking and practical expertise.
You're energised by working with cross-functional teams and are confident influencing senior stakeholders, while also mentoring at a grassroots level.
You believe in people, purpose and progress—and you're excited about helping others embrace new ways of working.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Iteration Manager or Kanban Facilitator.Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
and hands-on application in real-world contexts.Strong proficiency in Atlassian tools, especially JIRA and Confluence, and ability to upskill others in their use.Experienced in delivering Agile training and coaching across all levels—from execs to squads.Confident communicator and facilitator, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.Preferred: Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent professional experience.Over 7 years' experience in similar roles within large, complex organisations.Certifications in Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe.If this opportunity excites you and you want to join us in sharing stories, possibilities, and joy, apply online today.
