We are seeking a dedicated Youth Development Coordinator to join our team in Tāmaki Makaurau. As a key member of our specialist teams, you will play a vital role in coordinating programs and services that support the holistic development of tamariki and rangatahi.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs of tamariki and rangatahi, including those with complex needs or challenging behaviors. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programs and services that support the holistic development of tamariki and rangatahi
  • Work collaboratively with whānau, iwi partners, and other stakeholders to identify program needs and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and service providers to ensure seamless referrals and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and integrity
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
