About the Role

This permanent full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday as rostered. You will be part of a dynamic team that shares your passion for animal welfare.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing exceptional care and attention to all animals in the centre units
  2. Coordinating adoptions and ensuring accurate records
  3. Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve goals
  4. Enhancing socialisation, enrichment, and behaviour modification opportunities for shelter animals

You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Support the centre's daily operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate on projects to improve animal welfare outcomes
