About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert solutions. You'll have the opportunity to search for and identify top candidates using our databases and social media networks. Your role will involve screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, as well as building strong relationships with clients.

Your Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent relationship management skills, be comfortable within and connected to Te Ao Maori, and have the ability to speak korero te reo Maori. You'll also need to be tech savvy, have great verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently.
