Job Description
This role involves working as a Game Support Specialist, responding to customer inquiries via email or chat. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, helping them use specific features, and analyzing and reporting product malfunctions. You will also be responsible for updating internal databases and monitoring customer complaints on social media.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills, basic component isolation and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to multitask. A minimum of 6 months' experience in chat support is required, as well as a passion for online games.
