The Role">We are seeking a skilled Industry Driver for the Corporates and Financial Services sector. This role involves developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting our firm's success. You will collaborate with the National Industry Lead to execute strategic plans and achieve goals.
">Responsibilities include:
">- Client relationship management, business development, and sales origination activities">
- Driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities">
- Collaborating with Client Lead Partners, Partners, Directors, and other business development professionals across the firm">
- Developing and implementing Corporates and Financial Services industry strategies and plans to enhance our brand, reputation, and business contribution">
- Maintaining a recognised public profile in the NZ market by participating in industry events and presenting on relevant topics">
You will also be responsible for providing leadership in developing sector content, identifying industry trends, and leveraging KPMG's global thought leadership. Additionally, you will support the development and management of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
">What You'll Need
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- A relevant tertiary qualification and 8+ years of experience in professional services">
- Demonstrated expertise in the Corporates and Financial Services sector">
- Proven track record of creating and sustaining strong client relationships and generating business results">
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills">
- Ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams">
- Strategic thinking and a focus on achieving goals">
