Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Finance Operations & Support: Process invoices and facilitate verification of projects/systems and tracking of budget utilisation.
  • Process and monitor IT Purchase Request for CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Provide end-to-end support on requisition, billing and invoice queries from institutions, vendors and IT staff.
  • Work with Finance and Materials Management departments on matters relating to IT budget, procurement and invoicing.
  • IT Governance and Budgeting: Provide support for annual IT budgeting exercise for institution IT budget, working in collaboration with Cluster Finance.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting of IT utilisation against budget.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to act as a liaison between Institution, NHG and Synapxe teams, supporting institution and cluster CIOO activities.
  • Advise, support and work with various teams to ensure compliance with IT governance, such as authorisation process.
  • Administration Support: Assist in schedules and logistical facilitation of business meetings/forums.
  • Route and track documents for approvals by Institution / Cluster Management.
  • Provide general administrative support to CIO Office.
