**Job Overview:** We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist and Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This is a full-time role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
  • Register guests and manage the daily check-in/check-out process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, questions, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
  • Assist with the preparation of guest rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and completing room inspections.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a receptionist or housekeeper.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
