  • Help with the dispatch process of customer orders
  • Track purchase orders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment

About You

We are looking for someone with Mandarin speaking skills, Timber and Building Supplies product knowledge or willingness to learn, ability to work as part of a team and provide direction and leadership, strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions, passion for customer service excellence, general computer skills, ability to manage a varied and busy workload, able to build a rapport with customers, prior exposure to customer service or sales related roles is helpful.
