Learning Support Coordinator

Company Overview: St Oran's College is a Presbyterian girls' school seeking a passionate and motivated teacher-in-charge of learning support to join our vibrant community.
Job Description: The successful applicant will coordinate the education provision for students with specific learning needs, liaising closely with members of the Pastoral Care Team, whanau and teacher aides and external agencies. This role involves shaping confident students who are motivated and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate education provision for students with specific learning needs
- Liaise with members of the Pastoral Care Team, whanau, and teacher aides
- Work closely with external agencies such as Te Kura, RTLBs, and the Ministry of Education
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a certificated teacher with a passion for supporting students with specific learning needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with staff and families, and have a strong commitment to student success.
