About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations & CX Coordinator to join our team at TotalEnergies NZ. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a crucial role in driving the operational success of our business. This customer-facing role will support the branch in servicing customer delivery requirements, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and despatched accurately according to orders and/or customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, logistics, or warehousing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Additional experience in customer service would be advantageous. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Operations & CX Manager to perform day-to-day branch operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring all stock is accounted for, stored, stacked, and rotated according to set specifications and health & safety standards.
  • Assisting with back-up deliveries as required.
