We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigator to join our team in Auckland. As a key member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex legal matters and make a meaningful contribution to our team's success.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:- Providing advice and representation in legal proceedings related to regulatory enforcement activities.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to resolve complex legal issues.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in civil and/or criminal litigation.
- Sound legal technical skills and ability to draft legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and build strong relationships.
