**Job Description:**

As a Support Worker for vulnerable youth, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to our residents. This includes helping with daily tasks, such as getting ready for school and completing homework. You will also engage in activities with the young people during evenings and weekends.

**Benefits:*

  • Competitive salary of £35,374 - £41,542 per annum
  • Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep ins per month, paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year)
  • Attendance Allowance: £1,400 per annum
  • Regional Allowance: £2,000 per annum
  • Welcome Bonus: £1,000 on successful completion of probation
  • Loyalty Bonus: £1,000 after 12 months of employment
