About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Activities Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and delivering activity programs that meet the individual needs of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include providing exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, spiritual, cultural, cognitive, and emotional needs are met. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, adapting to changing circumstances as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving a van safely and efficiently.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment. You should possess a minimum NZQA Level 2 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent qualification. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. A full NZ driver's license and confidence in driving a van are also required.
