**Job Overview:**

CAE is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities management at our Head Office and other facilities. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing a professional office environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site logistics, security, and maintenance works
  2. Assist in maintaining site security, including controlling office access and processing visitor notifications
  3. Coordinate office maintenance, special cleanings, repairs, and interior upkeep
  4. Take charge of emergency procedures and first aid requirements

You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as diary management, coordination of activities, and travel support.
