Facilities Operations Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
CAE is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities management at our Head Office and other facilities. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing a professional office environment, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage site logistics, security, and maintenance works
- Assist in maintaining site security, including controlling office access and processing visitor notifications
- Coordinate office maintenance, special cleanings, repairs, and interior upkeep
- Take charge of emergency procedures and first aid requirements
You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as diary management, coordination of activities, and travel support.
