This role is part of our Transformation Office, which is responsible for leading the strategic management of MSD's enterprise programmes of work. We are a team of trusted experts and advisors, offering support and guidance to MSD in change investment, value delivery, and sponsoring effective ways of working for change delivery.

Role Overview

">

This is a key role that ensures the effectiveness of enterprise programme reporting and enables visibility of delivery progress against key performance indicators. You will be responsible for ensuring that our enterprise programmes are delivering results and meeting their objectives.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a reporting framework that provides transparency and accountability. This involves gathering data and insight to aggregate and assess health of portfolios and programmes, and developing enterprise programme reporting that clearly conveys information and insight for MSD governance.

Requirements

">

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a large portfolio or programme environment. You should also have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

Achievement of results in a time-pressured environment is essential, as is an understanding of the government and public sector environment, systems, processes and strategic risks and issues facing government and the Ministry.

Finally, you must have the right to work in New Zealand and be based in Wellington.
