We are seeking an Environmental Health Team Leader to join our fast-paced Regulatory Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that covers a wide range of responsibilities, including registration and verification of food businesses, Food Safety Officer duties, and inspecting premises registered under the Health Act 1956.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensuring all food businesses are registered and verified\
  • Investigating general health nuisances and taking appropriate action\
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues related to environmental health and public health compliance\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in environmental health and public health compliance\
  • Experience in leading teams and developing talent\
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and decision-making skills\
  • A thorough understanding of the requirements for the Alcohol Regulatory & Licensing Authority, the Food Act 2014, and the Food Regulations 2015\
